  Icon-only button missing aria-label

Icon-only buttons are extremely common in modern UIs (hamburger menus, close buttons, search icons), but without aria-labels, they are completely opaque to screen reader users.

• medium

  Scripts without async or defer

Synchronous scripts halt HTML parsing while the browser downloads and executes them.

• low
  Apple touch icon missing

The apple-touch-icon provides a branded icon when users bookmark your site on iOS devices.
