Frequently asked questions
Do I need to pay to get started?
No. The URL checker at /check runs without an account at all, and the Free plan is free forever — no credit card, no time limit. It covers 1 site with 50 pages per scan. Upgrade only when you outgrow it.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — annual billing gives you 2 months free versus monthly. Contact us for enterprise annual agreements.
What counts as a scan?
One audit of one site, however many pages it crawls (up to your plan's pages-per-scan limit). Re-auditing the same site next week is a separate scan. Your usage resets on the first of each month.
What happens when I hit my scan limit?
New scans pause until the month resets or you upgrade — nothing already done is removed, and a scan in progress always finishes. Your usage is shown on the dashboard so you see it coming, not as a surprise.
Is there an API?
Yes, on every plan — calls are billed in credits from your monthly allowance, so there is no separate API tier. Audit any URL over HTTP and get the result as JSON or an agent-ready Markdown brief you can hand straight to Claude Code or your own tooling.
Do you charge per team member?
No. Your whole team is included on every plan — invite as many people as the work needs, per site or across the organisation. Access is scoped per site on purpose: a teammate you add to one client's site does not get every other client's.
