Structured data has warnings: what it is, why it matters, and how to fix it

The structured data is valid but has warnings about recommended (non-required) fields that are missing. Adding these fields can improve rich result eligibility and appearance.

While the structured data will be processed without the recommended fields, including them improves the chances of earning rich results and provides richer information to search engines. For example, adding 'aggregateRating' to Product schema enables star ratings in SERPs, which can significantly boost click-through rates.

Review the warnings in Google's Rich Results Test and add the recommended fields where possible. Focus on fields that directly enable rich result features (images, ratings, prices, availability for products; FAQ items for FAQPage; step details for HowTo).

This is a low-severity issue: a polish item. Fix it in batches during scheduled maintenance; the win is cumulative quality, not a step change. It belongs to the structured_data family of checks.
