Full-page screenshots that come with the evidence

One click captures the whole scrollable page — with the console errors, timings and viewport behind it — and files it against the right site, ready to annotate and hand to whoever fixes it.

Every screenshot arrives with the context someone needs to act on it.

Sound familiar?

The problem

A screenshot of the visible window misses half the page, and the bug report that goes with it never says which browser, which size, or what the console said.

“It's broken” — but where, on what screen?

Every vague report becomes a round of questions before anyone can start.

Half the page is missing from the screenshot

The problem is below the fold, so the image proves nothing.

Screenshots live in chat threads and downloads

Nobody can find last week's, and nothing says whether it was ever fixed.

What changes

Before and after Dr Urls — Capture

Without it
With Dr Urls — Capture
Several screenshots of one long page, stitched by hand — or not at all
The whole page in one image, sticky headers not repeated
“Which browser? What size? Any errors?” asked after the fact
Viewport, device pixel ratio, timings and console errors attached
Arrows drawn in a separate tool, then pasted somewhere
Boxes and notes drawn on the shot, editable later
Images scattered across chat, email and desktops
Filed on the right site, with a status from open to verified

How it works

4 steps, start to finish

  1. 1

Open the side panel on any page

Click the Dr Urls icon or press Alt+Shift+U. The panel docks beside the page and stays open as you browse.

  2. 2

    Capture the full page

It scrolls a viewport at a time, pins sticky headers so they are not repeated, and stitches the tiles into one image — without the “is debugging this browser” banner.

  3. 3

    Mark it up

Draw boxes with notes on the shot, type a comment, or dictate one: speech is transcribed in the browser and only the text is sent.

  4. 4

    Send it to the site

The capture lands on that website in your dashboard, with the page address, title, viewport, device pixel ratio, timings and the recent console errors attached.

What you get

  • The whole page as one image, stitched cleanly
  • Console errors and warnings from the moment you captured
  • Viewport, device pixel ratio, user agent and load timings
  • Your boxes, notes and comment, editable later on the dashboard
  • A status you can move from open to fix requested, fixed and verified

Who it's for

  • Product & QA

Report what you see without learning the developer's tools.

  • Developers

Get the console errors and environment with the picture.

  • Agencies

Keep every client's captures on that client's site, not in your inbox.

No surprises

Good to know

What it does not do, said up front.

  • Very tall pages are capped: Chrome refuses an image over 16,384 device pixels high, so the capture stops there rather than saving a blank.
  • It photographs what your browser shows — content that loads only on scroll is captured as it appears while scrolling.
  • Nothing is uploaded until you press Send.

FAQ

Questions

Does it work on pages behind a sign-in?

Yes. It captures your own browser tab, so anything you can see while signed in is what gets captured.

Who can see my captures?

Your team, teams you share the site's roster with, and the site's owner as proven through Google Search Console — who sees the capture but not your email address.

Do I need an API key?

No. Sign into drurls.com in the same browser and the extension is connected. A pasted API key still works as a fallback.
